A few weeks ago, Bright Side Dental received the recognition of being named one of Michigan’s Top Workplaces by the Detroit Free Press in the small business category!
The announcement was printed in the October 3rd Sunday edition of the Detroit Free Press. Bright Side Dental appeared on the unranked list along with 50 other Michigan based small businesses. Other categories were for mid-size and large business.
The official results and rankings will be printed in the Sunday, Nov. 14 edition. Keep your fingers crossed for us. We’re hoping for a top 5 ranking!
To participate in the Top Workplaces program, each of our employees completed a survey administered by Workplace Dynamics. The results of these surveys were then used to rank us among Michigan’s top workplaces.
Many companies are experiencing low morale because of the effects of the economy. Employees are facing cuts in wages and benefits, and thousands have faced layoffs. Despite the current state of the economy, we have continued to fill positions needed to grow our business.
My experience with Bright Side Dental has been a great one. It’s a great feeling to have a job that you love and to work for a company that values their employees.
