We provide a local anesthetic for most of our dental procedures, but we offer our patients sedation dentistry as well because your comfort is important to us.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Not all patients need wisdom tooth removal, but many do. This is often done when patients are in their late teens or early 20s before the teeth fully emerge. That’s because if wisdom teeth are allowed to come in, they can wreak havoc in many ways, including by overcrowding your teeth and possibly ruining the results of any orthodontia you may have had.
We use general anesthesia for wisdom tooth removal, so there’s no pain, and recovery is usually uneventful.
